Payment & Service Commencement: Once we receive your package, we will assess your materials and email you an electronic invoice detailing the service fee. Digitization of your materials will begin only after full payment is received.

Declining the Service Fee: If you choose to decline the service fee, we will not proceed with digitization. You will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs to have your original materials sent back to you.

Handling & Liability: While we handle all materials with the utmost care, Negative Rescue is not responsible for any damage, loss, or degradation that may have occurred prior to our receipt of your materials. We strongly encourage customers to use secure packaging and a trackable shipping method when sending their materials to us.

No Obligation Until Payment: Submitting your materials to Negative Rescue does not obligate you to proceed with our services unless payment is made.
